Installation of Helical Piles

The piles are drilled into the ground adjacent to or directly beneath the structure's foundation until they reach the required torque or depth, indicating sufficient load capacity.

Attachment of the Bracket

Once the pile is in place, the helical bracket is positioned between the pile and the foundation. The bracket transfers the structural load downward to the pile shaft.

Load Transfer and Stabilization

After installation, the weight of the structure is gradually transferred from the foundation to the helical pile via the bracket—stabilizing or lifting the structure as needed.
