Square Tubular Shaft Helical Pile

Square tubular shaft helical piles are deep foundation systems designed for structural support and soil anchoring. The piles consist of a square steel tubular shaft with welded helical plates, allowing efficient load transfer from structures to stable soil layers.

Compared with pipe-shaft piles, the square tubular design provides better torque transfer and higher lateral stiffness, making it suitable for soft soil conditions and demanding foundation applications.

Manufactured from high-strength steel with ASTM A36 helix plates and ASTM A123 hot-dip galvanized coating, these piles provide excellent durability and corrosion resistance. They are widely used in building foundations, oil & gas facilities, utility structures, and infrastructure projects.
